Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and support system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to deliver application solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Lead application configuration optimization to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- Experience configuring and customizing cloud-based packaged applications.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and maintain application stability.
- Understanding of release management and version control in cloud environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
