Base Salary

$160k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve business challenges across FOX.
Guide teams through AI adoption with best practices, hands-on onboarding, and technical support.
Research and evaluate AI/ML advancements and identify opportunities for automation, prediction, and intelligent insights.
Work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed AI into business processes.
Track, analyze, and refine AI initiatives to ensure measurable value and alignment with FOX priorities.
Act as a technical lead for multiple engineering teams and development projects.
Manage senior stakeholders and translate business ideation into technical collaboration with engineering teams.

Proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript and Python, with an emphasis on scalable, maintainable systems.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML services, APIs, automation tools, large language models, prompt engineering, and system design patterns.
Significant experience translating business needs into AI-driven solutions by selecting, fine-tuning, or integrating models into existing infrastructure.
Extensive experience deploying and managing AI-driven solutions at scale in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Extensive experience architecting systems across different compute and data paradigms while integrating complex AI or ML subsystems.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with tools and frameworks including Next.js, AI SDK, Terraform, Node.js, React, FastAPI, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, Kubernetes, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, queueing systems, and Playwright.
Ability to apply AI pragmatically to improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.
