Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Develop maintainable, performant, and reliable software using industry-aligned languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technology communities.
- Apply secure coding, unit testing, design-pattern, and clean-coding practices.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, and contribute to policies and procedures supporting governance.
- Analyze complex information from multiple sources and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Lead or guide collaborative assignments and coach team members where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience with Java using JDK 21, Python, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, React JS, JavaScript, Oracle Database, and SQL.
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD, GitLab, Kubernetes, and OCP.
- AI literacy.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP is highly valued.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, or LangChain is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is highly valued.
- Exposure to performance tuning and distributed systems is highly valued.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly valued.
- Ability to manage risk and controls, collaborate cross-functionally, communicate complex information, and influence stakeholders.
