Base Salary

$220k - $320k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, demonstrations, collaborative pilots, trainings, onboarding, and enablement for law firms and corporate legal teams.
  • Understand customer legal workflows and design, build, prototype, and refine tailored Harvey solutions, including agents, playbooks, and other no-code resources.
  • Build trusted relationships with lawyers, group heads, general counsel, and other senior legal and business stakeholders.
  • Translate customer and legal-practice feedback into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
  • Support customer adoption and outcomes across the full lifecycle from initial pilot through complex custom workflows.
  • Travel approximately 2–3 or more times per month for significant business needs, typically for 1–3 days.

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • At least 3 years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
  • Strong understanding of law-firm workflows, challenges, legal risk, and business priorities.
  • Executive presence and relationship-building skills with legal and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including leading live demos, facilitating workshops, and conducting strategic customer conversations.
  • Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform legal work and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results and optimize customer outcomes.
  • Experience in business, operations, compliance, product, law-firm business development, secondment, sales, customer-facing work, or using AI tools in legal practice is a plus.
