Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise intelligent automations.
- Build RPA solutions using platform actions, reusable components, custom code, scripts, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-enabled automations with guardrails, validation, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate automations with REST and SOAP APIs, relational databases, web and desktop applications, files, queues, and other interfaces.
- Implement logging, monitoring, retry logic, auditability, configuration management, secure credential handling, and operational controls.
- Create unit and integration tests, support user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and provide test evidence.
- Support production operations, investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, and improve automation reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute reusable patterns, development standards, and engineering best practices.
- Optimize and modernize existing automations while maintaining business outcomes, security, and control requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline and 4+ years of experience; additional related professional experience may substitute for the degree.
- Professional experience developing production automation or software solutions with an enterprise RPA or workflow automation platform.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating software or automation solutions with REST APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, including querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience developing solutions that interact with web and desktop user interfaces.
- Knowledge of modular design, source control, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and controlled deployment.
- Experience implementing error handling, logging, and monitoring controls.
- Ability to interpret requirements, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and deliver maintainable solutions within technical and security standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams, analysts, application owners, and business stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred experience includes Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, AI agents, large language model services, agentic workflows, OAuth, service accounts, JSON, XML, Oracle, enterprise database technologies, and RPA, cloud, AI, software engineering, or automation certifications.
