Base Salary
$112k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver initiatives for the product catalog platform.
- Drive complex projects by breaking work into milestones and communicating progress.
- Influence platform strategy and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with merchandising, styling, product, and operations teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents.
- Mentor and coach engineers to support their growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical leader.
- Strong technical skills in STEP configuration, JavaScript, SQL, and data modeling.
- Ability to break down complex business needs into actionable plans.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Ruby or similar backend languages is a plus.
- Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
