Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations end-to-end to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.
- Design architectures mapping Synthesia’s capabilities to customer use cases.
- Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demonstrations, and deal strategy.
- Build proofs of concept to demonstrate capabilities and accelerate customer buy-in.
- Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns for scalable value delivery.
- Advise technical and business stakeholders, including VP- and C-level audiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer needs into platform evolution.
- Help shape the company’s platform and ecosystem strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management experience across multiple workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, workflows, or integrations.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
- Commercial mindset connecting architecture to adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models.
- Curiosity, initiative, builder mentality, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
