Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI Agent deployments for customers and partners.
- Analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts for LLMs.
- Simplify complex workflows into conversational components.
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output to meet brand standards.
- Build integrations between customer systems and Parloa's platform.
- Collaborate with engineers on complex integration scenarios.
- Identify and resolve blockers with internal departments and customers.
- Apply structured testing to validate AI agent performance.
- Document best practices and product capabilities for various audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles.
- Proven expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Ability to craft LLM prompts aligned with customer outcomes.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with API authentication patterns and data transformation.
- Proficiency in REST API design and API testing tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail in conversational flows.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods for AI performance.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
