Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI agent deployments while providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners.
- Analyze requirements, apply knowledge of LLM internals such as embeddings, and design precise prompts and conversational workflows.
- Configure conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions to align with customer brand standards.
- Build integrations connecting customer systems such as CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms to Parloa’s platform.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios.
- Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance under real-world conditions.
- Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft effective LLM prompts using advanced strategies such as chain-of-thought prompting and few-shot learning.
- Strong project and stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, risk assessment, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
- Knowledge of data structures, system integrations, enterprise APIs, API authentication patterns, data transformation, and field mapping logic.
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience reading and consuming API documentation for enterprise SaaS platforms including CRMs, ERPs, and contact center platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods for evaluating AI agent performance at scale.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
