Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Customize compensation modules to align with organizational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Support compensation-system integrations and related data management.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation is specified in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation is required.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application design and configuration principles is required.
- Experience customizing compensation modules to organizational policies is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues is required.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and compensation-system data management is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
