Base Salary
$199k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural oversight across all core Workday domains.
- Design scalable, secure enterprise integration solutions.
- Architect the technical foundation for HR automation goals.
- Develop Proofs of Concept and rapid prototypes.
- Translate business strategy into a prioritized technical roadmap.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new vendor tools.
- Own the Workday environment and release strategy.
- Shape HR data architecture to ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years of Workday expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Workday architecture and integrations.
- Strong command of enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
- Experience architecting AI capabilities with a focus on responsible practices.
- Proven success in an Agile/POD delivery model.
- Understanding of compliance and security standards.
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol designs.
