Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 1 client accounts across implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and support.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and ship internal tooling and client-facing solutions independently of the product roadmap.
- Own technical troubleshooting and support for covered client accounts.
- Maintain visibility into product usage, client workflows, technology stacks, and dependencies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in application engineering, data migrations, product analytics, and support engineering within consulting, professional services, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development and debugging, APIs, and technical implementations.
- Business technology expertise working across vendor systems including Pendo, Amazon Redshift, and Intercom.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in private credit, financial infrastructure, or regulated financial products is a plus.
