Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Camel.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical designs, implementation blueprints, integration patterns, framework adoption, and engineering accelerators.
- Build scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable software across synchronous and asynchronous workloads.
- Use AI tooling throughout the software development lifecycle to improve development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, operations, and productivity.
- Build agents and skills/MCPs for scaling engineering workflows.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Azure container platforms and implement CI/CD automation.
- Drive monitoring, observability, performance optimization, reliability improvements, and production support.
- Lead technical discussions, implementation activities, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to capability development, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot 3.x.
- Experience delivering and supporting production-grade systems across the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with technical design documentation and process improvement.
- Practical experience with Docker, Azure Container Services including AKS or equivalent, OAuth, OpenID Connect, messaging technologies, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, scripting, PostgreSQL, Redis, API development, NGINX, load balancers, traffic management, and multi-tenant architectures.
- Experience with secure application development, data protection, PII considerations, observability, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, thread analysis, and code optimization.
- Experience with Splunk, New Relic, or similar observability platforms, and API testing tools such as Bruno, Postman, and Curl.
- Python scripting and automation experience for AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- React/UX implementation experience for platform management.
- Integration experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and frameworks such as Apache Camel, Spring Integration, MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM Integration technologies, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, technical presentation, mentoring, ownership, collaboration, and delivery skills.
- B.Tech in Computers, MCA, or B.Tech in Electronics is listed as a preferred qualification.
