Forward Deployed Engineer - Sweden
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents and agentic experiences that take actions in enterprise customer environments.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Deliver proofs of concept and MVPs rapidly, working directly with customers and partners.
- Share best practices and enablement while co-building solutions with customer teams.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- Experience with at least one production system, ideally involving AI technology, full-stack development, or frontier models.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, cloud data platform experience, and expertise in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
