Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose implementation issues and product bugs at the code level, test workarounds, and remove execution roadblocks.
- Liaise with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment blockers and communicate actionable field feedback.
- Own technical delivery strategy and architectural direction while working with customer-facing implementation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and collaboration with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or reading Java, C++, or Python code.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred experience solving novel technical problems, diagnosing bugs, developing architectural solutions, orchestrating technical resources, and influencing technical or executive stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish preferred.
