Base Salary
$86k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Automation and Document AI initiatives from solution design through production deployment.
- Architect and develop AI-powered document processing solutions for classification, extraction, and validation.
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Drive coding, CI/CD, code quality, and security best practices, including SonarQube usage.
- Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation and AI engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with banking, lending, and regulatory standards.
- Create and lead technical designs, resolve complex problems, and review software coding, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Expert-level Python proficiency and experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks.
- JavaScript experience for UI integration or frontend orchestration.
- Experience with PyCharm or an equivalent Python IDE and SonarQube for code quality and security scanning.
- Experience deploying containerized applications with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of automation architecture, microservices-based systems, and APIs.
- Experience building document-centric automation solutions involving PDFs, forms, statements, and applications.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle, including schema design, performance tuning, and transactional systems.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered.
- Preferred skills include application development, business management, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvement, release management, software solutions, and UX design.
