Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the Trust & Safety Engineering team and establish foundational processes.
- Architect and implement product-based solutions for Trust & Safety policies.
- Build custom tools and leverage industry solutions to mitigate threats.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Drive all phases of the development lifecycle from planning to post-launch maintenance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1+ years working on Trust & Safety systems.
- Experience forming a new team from scratch.
- Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications.
- Experience with microservice development and mentoring others.
