Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into software designs and solutions.
- Design, code, test, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Track customer requests and feedback while supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill: Agentic AI.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, troubleshooting, requirements analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
