Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business objects, data models, backend logic, and APIs for mobile network infrastructure systems.
- Implement features, refine components, conduct testing, and maintain technical documentation.
- Design and integrate APIs while ensuring scalable system architecture and database structures.
- Lead the team’s technical direction and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project goals.
- Mentor junior developers, coordinate team activities, and foster efficient development practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders while considering requirements from external partners.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Proven expertise in API integration and design and strong back-end development experience.
- High proficiency in Python programming.
- Demonstrated experience with data modeling and database design.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles.
- Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure or telecommunications is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD practices is preferred.
- Experience with testing frameworks, quality assurance methodologies, RESTful API design, and technical documentation is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and English-language skills are required.
