Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of account teams
- Build relationships with technical enterprise decision makers and lead technical meetings that support revenue generation
- Advise strategic customers on complex business challenges, workflows, business systems, and integration points
- Design and propose solutions that align Esri technology with customer needs and demonstrate GIS business value
- Provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting support, and technical best practices
- Design and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, conferences, and executive engagements
- Serve as a Public Safety subject matter expert and coach new team members on best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration
- At least 3 years of experience in the public safety field
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge across hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing, and IT contexts
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, and troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system architecture
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure or AWS environments
- Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
- Understanding of sales and business development processes
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, and customer advisory skills
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Experience with real-time information streams, mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, or imagery is recommended
- A master’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field is recommended
