Responsibilities

Lead workshops to identify high ROI opportunities for Coupa Agents in procurement workflows.
Develop strategies for agent deployment, determining the balance between autonomy and human involvement.
Define future-state metrics (KPIs) for AI transformation aligned with board-level goals.
Evaluate customer AI readiness across culture, data, and process dimensions.
Identify and mitigate internal policy or workforce hurdles in AI adoption.
Advise on workforce shifts and the establishment of AI Centers of Excellence.
Guide clients in updating governance policies for autonomous agent actions.
Set the vision for the technical team and collaborate on the implementation.
Integrate client transformation goals with the Coupa Product Roadmap.

Deep understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI, including LLMs and autonomous agents.
Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and legacy pain points.
Ability to secure C-Suite buy-in while collaborating with functional leads.
Over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Previous experience with the Coupa platform is a plus, but agent-first thinking is prioritized.
Experience in Tier-1 management consulting or leading significant digital transformation projects.
