Base Salary
$146k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of open-source AI SDKs by implementing new features.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to release major features.
- Drive improvements to developer experience within the SDK.
- Maintain open-source repositories actively.
- Identify areas for improvement and advocate for best practices.
- Shape technology and product decisions with an active voice.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience building libraries and packages for developers.
- 5+ years of experience with Python and Typescript.
- Experience with AI SDKs like OpenAI and Vercel AI SDKs.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a communicative, collaborative environment.
- Self-starter and problem solver, capable of independent work.
- Strong testing background with unit, integration, load tests, and benchmarks.
- Experience writing production-ready code with a focus on quality and maintainability.
- Experience contributing to open-source software.
