Responsibilities
- Lead rapid AI-assisted prototyping and build usable apps, proof-of-concept applications, and demos for Automotive Solutions.
- Establish vibe coding practices and define when prototypes should transition to production engineering.
- Test prototypes with users, stakeholders, OEM partners, and customers, using feedback and analytics to iterate.
- Coach product engineering teams and create shared prompts, templates, reusable components, workshops, and community practices.
- Evaluate AI prototyping and design tools and establish responsible guidelines covering security, data protection, and intellectual property.
- Advise engineering and product leadership on opportunities to accelerate the roadmap with AI-driven prototyping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction or Product Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital product design, design engineering, or application development, including hands-on prototyping.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude, Kiro, or Lovable to create usable applications.
- Experience publishing mobile apps through Apple App Store and Google Play test channels, including builds, signing, and store review requirements.
- Ability to build stable, usable applications with AI-assisted tools and read, debug, and modify generated code.
- Strong design and product thinking, user-testing ability, coaching experience, and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
