Responsibilities
- Help strategic partners define and evolve Identity Security practice strategies.
- Translate the IDIRA portfolio into repeatable partner offerings, consulting services, and managed services.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, service designs, implementation blueprints, deployment patterns, and technical accelerators.
- Provide senior architectural guidance across PAM, IGA, machine identity, secrets management, cloud identity, and AI identity.
- Serve as a technical focal point and evangelist for partner architects and technical leaders.
- Connect partner go-to-market and commercial objectives with the architecture, resources, and capabilities needed for delivery.
- Support lighthouse and strategic customer engagements to validate scalable partner motions.
- Collaborate with alliance, partner, and GTM leaders to shape new offerings.
- Capture partner and field feedback and translate it into input for Product Management and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior technical, architecture, or consulting roles within cybersecurity or identity.
- Strong PAM and broader Identity Security expertise, with practical knowledge of IGA, machine identity, secrets management, and cloud identity.
- Strong enterprise and cloud architecture experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience engaging senior technical stakeholders, including architects and Product and Engineering leaders.
- Proven experience shaping reusable architectures, joint solutions, managed services, or partner offerings.
- Ability to connect technical architecture to business value, partner strategy, and monetization.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with an Identity Security vendor such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft is preferred.
- Experience with GSIs, MSPs, or large consulting organizations is preferred.
- Experience designing managed security services and scalable technical reference architectures or service blueprints is preferred.
- Experience influencing product direction through customer or partner engagement is preferred.
- Experience with Agentic AI and AI Security is preferred.
