Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
- Implement and manage Kafka Streaming and containerized microservices.
- Work with Aurora MySQL and Cassandra databases.
- Use AWS Cloud services including S3, EFS, MSK, ECS, and EMR.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience with hands-on coding skills.
- Strong coding skills, preferably in Java, Scala, or Python.
- Experience with Kafka Streaming and containerized microservices.
- Experience with Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, and AWS Cloud services including S3, EFS, MSK, ECS, and EMR.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- Hadoop and Spark experience, along with knowledge of Parquet and CSV, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, curiosity, organization, and communication skills.
