Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate complex enterprise customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0's technical capabilities.
- Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and telemetry data modeling.
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments and POC templates.
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and feature priorities.
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion.
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to create and execute technical demos and architectures.
- Collaborative mindset to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
