Responsibilities
- Align and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms and resolve tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation processes when necessary.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with AWS native application services.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, application deployment, infrastructure management, automation, and monitoring.
- Ability to perform coding and scripting to integrate software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot recurring or critical issues and provide timely customer-focused resolutions.
