Responsibilities
- Align and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting application software and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools.
- Create user access workflows, provision access, and customize DevOps tools to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools, resolve tickets within specified timelines, and escalate complex issues.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience with DevOps pipeline planning, integration and deployment automation, infrastructure management, tool configuration, access workflows, scripting, and customer support.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and follow escalation processes.
