Responsibilities

  • Define and validate enterprise architectures for machine identity, secrets governance, and agentic identity management.
  • Create internal- and external-facing technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, enablement materials, and deep-dive presentations.
  • Support customers, partners, sellers, and technical solutions teams on secrets modernization, machine identity governance, and AI-agent security opportunities.
  • Build reference architectures, technical workshops, reusable architecture frameworks, and demos to drive adoption and partner integration.
  • Provide customer insights to product teams and establish thought leadership through briefings, conferences, publications, media engagements, and community education.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience working closely with customers as a technology expert, with strong customer advocacy skills.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technology trends in identity security, particularly machine and agentic identity.
  • Builder mindset, self-directed learning, and experience with new technologies.
  • Ability to manage challenging customer situations and multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
