Base Salary

$100k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

Create test scripts to automate testing and streamline design and performance verification.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and engineering managers to build detailed product test programs.
Conduct and analyze test results and own critical performance verification for feature releases and updates.
Triage autonomy results, identify issues across autonomy software and vehicle hardware, and drive fixes across the team.
Own sign-off of test results, analysis, and reports supporting improvements to testing requirements.

Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, software, electrical, physics, mathematics, or a similar engineering field.
General knowledge of software testing.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to be proactive.
High level of professionalism and an ability to contribute to an ego-free culture.
Prior experience with AV simulation or vehicle simulation is preferred.
Hands-on experience testing, troubleshooting, or debugging complex software systems is preferred.

Primarily in-office work five days per week, with occasional remote-work flexibility.
