Base Salary
$106k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solution components within a defined architecture.
- Build governed agentic workflows, inference pipelines, and API layers.
- Make independent technical decisions and explain them to client engineering teams.
- Apply evaluation-driven development and testing practices.
- Contribute to architecture documentation and reusable accelerators.
- Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Support responsible AI practices involving ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM systems, including RAG, function calling, and agents.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
- Solid knowledge of cloud deployment, monitoring, and security.
- Ability to operate independently on client workstreams.
- Strong understanding of core AI and generative AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and experience working across strategy, technology, data, and design.
