Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with existing business systems.
- Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud applications.
- Manage project architecture and budgeting in alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and technology innovation within Salesforce projects.
- Facilitate training sessions and develop training materials for Salesforce implementations.
- Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written English proficiency required.
- Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems study preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred, with additional certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred.
- Experience with business process modeling, enterprise integration, and Salesforce implementation training materials preferred.
