Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with existing business systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud applications.
  • Manage project architecture and budgeting in alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and technology innovation within Salesforce projects.
  • Facilitate training sessions and develop training materials for Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written English proficiency required.
  • Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems study preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred, with additional certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with business process modeling, enterprise integration, and Salesforce implementation training materials preferred.
