Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers.
- Identify workflows and architecture requirements to solve business problems.
- Design scalable technical architectures tailored to customer use cases.
- Build customized workflow prototypes and data models.
- Identify creative workarounds for product gaps.
- Lead conversations around integrations and implementation feasibility.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product insights.
- Occasionally assist post-sale onboarding teams with technical support.
- Define best practices for discovery and solution architecture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
- Experience partnering with sales teams on complex deal cycles.
- Strong experience in delivering technical demos and discovery sessions.
- Comfort with APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with modern SaaS tools and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience supporting RFPs or technical validation processes is a plus.
- Passion for building in fast-paced startup environments.
