$173k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting community knowledge base, and guide adoption of emerging technologies.
- Architect application, data, integration, security, and Salesforce Platform solutions that meet customer needs and remain maintainable.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, project direction, program strategy, and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners.
- Present complex concepts, influence executives and senior technology leaders, and mentor technical talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data, integration, security architecture, enterprise architecture, and integration-pattern experience.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, listening, problem-solving, and customer-influence skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Application development experience, Salesforce enterprise application experience, Consumer Goods Cloud or related industry experience, and experience leading technical teams are preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
