Responsibilities

  • Design and implement application-level architecture for complex software projects and subsystems.
  • Develop and enhance cloud applications, integrations, workflow automations, and client/server applications.
  • Design, administer, secure, and govern Microsoft 365 tenant services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID.
  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise Azure cloud solutions, including automated provisioning, orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Integrate AI-enabled capabilities into Microsoft 365 workloads for search, document processing, collaboration, and workflow automation.
  • Migrate terabytes of data from legacy and on-premises platforms to SharePoint Online.
  • Implement CI and automated delivery using GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Develop software using C#, .NET, Visual Studio Code, JavaScript, PowerShell, CSOM, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
  • Develop Power Platform, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents solutions for compliance, governance, and financial crimes monitoring.
  • Design end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Review testing tools and plans, ensure QA readiness, and maintain comprehensive application documentation.
  • Lead architecture teams, project schedules, risk assessments, technical evaluations, and cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Advise senior management on technical strategy, architecture, governance, development practices, and cloud strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to technical and business leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of qualifying experience, or a relevant master's degree and three years of qualifying experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft 365 platforms, cloud-based services, and Azure services in a financial services environment.
  • Expertise administering Microsoft 365 tenant services, including SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience implementing identity and access management, Conditional Access, DLP policies, security controls, governance, and operational resiliency.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services into Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Experience migrating large volumes of data using Metalogix, ShareGate, and SharePoint Migration Tool.
  • Experience designing scalable and resilient applications and implementing CI with GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Experience developing with C#, .NET, Visual Studio Code, JavaScript, PowerShell, CSOM, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
  • Experience designing and supporting Azure cloud solutions and automated CI/CD pipelines with security, governance, and compliance controls.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, custom connectors, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents.
  • Experience developing model-driven applications with dynamic business logic, validation, UI customization, and event-driven behavior.
  • Experience designing business intelligence solutions using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ability to perform complex technical and functional analysis, advise leadership, manage risks, and mentor junior engineers.
