Responsibilities
- Define and own the scope and execution plan for the first 90 days across engineering, product, or operations.
- Architect and ship the core infrastructure platform for AI-native service teams.
- Work alongside the founder as one of the earliest hires and shape the company's technical and product direction.
- Apply founder or operator experience to product decisions and customer pain points.
Requirements
- Founded a venture-backed or bootstrapped company, regardless of outcome.
- Served as a CTO or first technical hire at a startup, or shipped a product that the team continues to credit.
- Operated a service business in a relevant vertical where AI workforce tools apply.
- Can articulate a concrete first-90-days plan and operate with substantial autonomy.
- Comfortable working in a very small, fast-moving team with high standards and high trust.
