Responsibilities
- Advance qualified pipeline revenue through solution demonstrations, technical proof, and customer solution-design endorsement.
- Lead discovery sessions, envisioning sessions, and business-value assessments focused on customer challenges and prioritized win themes.
- Design and demonstrate industry-aligned solutions for business and technical decision makers, including CxOs.
- Address solution architecture considerations and competitive objections.
- Support customer proposals, licensing discussions, and deployment planning with partners and Customer Success.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with enterprise decision makers and share product expertise and best practices with peers.
Requirements
- Six or more years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree plus four or more years, a master's degree plus three or more years, or equivalent experience.
- Technical expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and the ability to propose and demonstrate Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
- Ability to engage business, technical, and executive decision makers and collaborate with sales teams, partners, engineering, and Customer Success.
