Responsibilities
- Identify, discover, and qualify business opportunities through customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops.
- Identify customer technical objections and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers while providing Google Workspace expertise.
- Create and deliver product and solution briefings, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and industry solutions.
- Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for complete Google Cloud solutions.
- Recommend customized digital transformation solutions and best practices for customers.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams on customer needs, industry trends, and product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience as a sales engineer or technical consultant in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
- Five years of experience presenting and delivering technical pitches.
- Fluent communication in Japanese and English.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an AI-related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience in enterprise productivity, identity, and endpoint management.
- Preferred: experience building and deploying agentic AI automation solutions.
- Preferred: experience establishing cross-pillar solutions and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Preferred: experience scaling technical enablement and mentoring Customer Engineers regionally.
- Preferred: knowledge of Gemini enterprise, its differentiators, and enterprise data integration.
