Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java-based technologies.
Build responsive front-end applications using Angular.
Develop and support event-driven and messaging-based solutions using Kafka.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, and engineering workflows.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Contribute to technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and support knowledge sharing.
Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience; the posting describes an ideal candidate with 8–10 years of enterprise application experience.
Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Good experience with Angular for modern user interface development.
Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools for code generation, testing support, documentation, analysis, and productivity enhancement.
Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Preferred knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with enterprise-scale distributed application environments and strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, verbal, and written communication skills.
