Responsibilities

Embed with strategic customer teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
Drive adoption of OutSystems Agentic capabilities and accelerate customer outcomes.
Design, prototype, build, and deploy AI-native intelligent automation solutions.
Discover and prioritize AI-driven business use cases and determine what to build and why.
Lead transformational discussions, executive relationships, and customer growth strategies.
Identify expansion opportunities and work with Account Teams to develop lasting customer success stories.
Provide customer and field feedback to the Product team to influence product evolution.
Measure business value and remain accountable for delivery outcomes.

Proven Forward Deployed Engineer experience in complex enterprise environments, including customer trust-building and delivery ownership.
Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying custom AI solutions to production.
Strong experience with agentic AI, LLM-based workflows, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
Experience preparing unstructured and semi-structured enterprise data for AI use cases.
Understanding of AI governance, security, guardrails, and enterprise compliance requirements.
Strong consultative engineering and architectural skills, including the ability to convert ambiguous business problems into practical solutions and rapid prototypes.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes rather than only technical implementations.
Ability to work onsite with strategic customers as needed.
