Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and platform expert for PACE industry customers, focusing on Data 360.
- Lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements and drive customer vision, execution, and acceptance.
- Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies and agentic delivery approaches.
- Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and produce system and functional designs.
- Document business processes, create wireframes and diagrams, and recommend improved future-state processes and architectures.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, difficult negotiations, roadblocks, and corrective actions through resolution.
- Review project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep solutions maintainable and programs on track.
- Present complex concepts and solution recommendations to stakeholders across customer organizations, including C-suite leaders.
- Travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- Extensive experience configuring and customizing Data 360.
- Experience with agentic delivery and AI toolchains such as Claude, Cursor, and Elements Cloud.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Experience leading discovery, defining requirements, writing user stories, and producing detailed system and functional designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and creating process-flow diagrams, UML, sequence diagrams, and system design wireframes.
- Strong presentation, written, verbal, communication, listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly, work collaboratively, and solve problems resourcefully.
- Experience contributing to a large-scale or enterprise implementation with multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in technology, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred qualifications include agile business-outcome delivery, customer or partner success leadership, Salesforce certifications and accreditations, and consulting experience.
