Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and platform services.
- Implement infrastructure as code and automated testing.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to operational quality through runbooks and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in site reliability or related roles.
- Solid experience with AWS in a multi-account, multi-region environment.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code workflows.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
- Experience with observability platforms and event-driven alerting.
- Knowledge of system and network security fundamentals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
