$204k - $255k/yr

Responsibilities

Design the future state of the platform with a product-first mentality.
Lead engineers in building technical solutions.
Engage with designers and product managers to develop product and UX requirements.
Promote a culture of technical quality from design to production.
Mentor engineers to enhance their technical and collaboration skills.
Identify and propose solutions to technical challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing Technologies and other departments.

9+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience in leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Passionate about efficiency, availability, and technical quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in defining product/technical strategy and driving alignment with stakeholders.
Bonus if you have worked in Marketing Technologies.
