Base Salary
$149k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Business Development to support strategic partnerships.
- Demo Drata and build technical credibility with partners.
- Own partner enablement, including technical training and certification content.
- Analyze partner landscapes and deliver product recommendations.
- Project manage cross-functional workstreams to move partnerships from evaluation to launch.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence technical requirements.
- Support technical validation and solution design as needed.
- Manage technical components of RFP and RFI responses.
- Create and deliver presentations that communicate Drata’s value proposition.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence and partner feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting technical partnerships or complex customer-facing technical motions.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience delivering demos and trainings for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with software development and APIs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
