Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed services and APIs for contract lifecycle management and approval workflows.
- Develop workflow-orchestration engines supporting multi-stage routing, delegation, escalation, and gate enforcement.
- Build and maintain integrations with e-signature, CLM, and Salesforce-based contracting systems.
- Implement LLM-powered workflows, MCPs, and automation for contract drafting, review, approval routing, and contracting insights.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers through documentation, training, and pairing.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and deliver permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with deal desk, legal, finance, AWS partner business, and solutions architecture stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
