Base Salary
$139k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve Kubernetes-native benchmarking services for measuring performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain workflows for MLPerf Training and Inference runs.
- Lead design reviews and drive architecture within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate coding/testing standards.
- Ensure reproducible and well-documented benchmarking processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems or cloud services.
- Strong coding skills in Python or Go, with familiarity in C++ being a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at production scale and CI/CD.
- Experience with performance-critical GPU systems and model-serving stacks.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
