Responsibilities
- Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand prospects' challenges.
- Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos to potential customers.
- Provide insights to prospects based on experience in contact center operations.
- Drive adoption during proof of values by training managers and users.
- Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions demonstrating ROI.
- Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions.
- Run ROI workshops to create financial business case proposals.
- Provide feedback to product management on field successes and failures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in technical pre-sales.
- Deep expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms.
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm in client engagement.
- Desire for meticulous preparation of presentations and demos.
- Natural problem-solver with resourcefulness in collaboration.
- Fast learner with a passion for new technology.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS environments.
