Base Salary

$160k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand prospects' challenges.
  • Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos to potential customers.
  • Provide insights to prospects based on experience in contact center operations.
  • Drive adoption during proof of values by training managers and users.
  • Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions demonstrating ROI.
  • Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions.
  • Run ROI workshops to create financial business case proposals.
  • Provide feedback to product management on field successes and failures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in technical pre-sales.
  • Deep expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm in client engagement.
  • Desire for meticulous preparation of presentations and demos.
  • Natural problem-solver with resourcefulness in collaboration.
  • Fast learner with a passion for new technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS environments.
