Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver high-performance, scalable, and robust software solutions using Golang, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Set technical direction for cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and on-premises IIoT security products.
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex multi-service features and define system-wide API contracts.
  • Drive design reviews, code reviews, code quality initiatives, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex software, performance, integration, and production issues across distributed services.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Security Architecture, Cloud Platform, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of software engineering experience focused on Golang, cloud, and security domains.
  • A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, such as BE, BTech, MS, or MCA.
  • Deep backend development expertise with Golang and distributed systems.
  • Extensive experience designing and operating services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with SQL and data-storage solutions, including PostgreSQL and query optimization.
  • Expertise implementing IAM and SSO protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Ability to debug complex production issues, trace failures across microservices, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Active use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex.
  • Preferred experience with networking, cybersecurity, cloud-native deployment patterns, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, quality assurance, and Python or other scripting languages.
