Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Create, update, and integrate automation scripts into the test automation pack.
- Identify, document, investigate, and track defects and collaborate with developers on resolution.
- Perform retesting after fixes and report discovered defects and bugs.
- Provide regular progress and status reports.
- Work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software testing experience focused on both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with Selenium and other automation tools.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
- Experience with Java and Python.
- Experience or knowledge of Jenkins and AWS, with basic knowledge of Kafka.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Fintech or payments-domain experience is preferred.
