Responsibilities
- Own the integrations strategy as a continuous workstream.
- Drive architectural decisions for non-API integration patterns.
- Design the authoring framework for safe platform extension.
- Create integration testing infrastructure to enhance team efficiency.
- Coach the team through design decisions and run design reviews.
- Share escalation and maintenance responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- Track record of leading multi-quarter platform or integrations work.
- Experience designing SDKs or authoring frameworks for safe product extension.
- At least 8 years of experience building scalable SaaS systems.
- Deep fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS primitives.
- Hands-on experience with non-API integration patterns.
- A documented architectural decision showcasing your experience.
- Teaching-oriented reviewer instinct rather than gatekeeping.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and insights on AI integration in platforms.
