Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and launch innovative products and services.
- Design and build technologies in a large distributed computing environment.
- Develop scalable contact-center systems and services supporting chat, voice, automation, routing, and customer journey data.
- Use generative AI and machine learning capabilities to improve intents and routing signals.
- Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems while delivering high-quality software.
- Track metrics and ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of deliverables.
- Work with business partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence product vision and priorities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting software-owned services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Base salary range of $143,700–$194,400 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
